Jansen Art Education Learning Direct Painting Techniques presented by David Jansen MDA, HD This is a year long study for beginner to advanced artists desiring to learn direct painting.
Direct Painting is a method of painting that require less effort, no time consuming layering. The objects are painted using planned stokes of tonal color. It is much faster and a fascinating method of painting.
In this Classroom you will find links to other alternate lessons presented by Heritage Team Members, along with extra streaming videos and material. We will also be posting additional questions and answer sessions. These are your opportunities to talk to the teachers directly.
To participate in the class it is strongly encourage that you purchase the DVD series DVD4010 from JansenOnlineStore.com. It is in-depth DVD series that cover all the paintings and techniques. The material covered in the DVD's will not be provided in this classroom or over the internet. The only way to have the instruction is through the video series. With the video series, you will also be given a key to enter other parts of this page so you can download additional patterns, videos and instructions. Each month, you will receive 1 or 2 DVD's in the mail so you can paint along with the other members in the class.
